The ESTOP-06 unit is a 6 Inputs rigid Robotics Safety controller unit designed for Robotics, unmanned
vehicles, heavy equipment and industrial machinery.

  • Any type of E-STOP switch in any combination can be connected to the system.

  • Dual Master Enable outputs for direct stop of motion control equipment in 2 power rails, providing "no
    single point of failure” safety implementation.

  • Multiple outputs for each Master enable channel, 2 relays 1 Alarm led for each channel (total of 6

  • Designed with full double logic for "no single point of failure” safety implementation.

  • Full Hardware-based implementation for high reliability, designed to meet ISO 13849 PLd Cat 3,
    performance Level D with active emergency stop and dual processing paths.

  • No firmware is involved in the Safety Path, from switch to the output all critical logic is done by pure logic
    gates in hardware for maximum security and reliability.

  • Combat bypass switch input enabling bypass of the cards outputs in Combat, returning vhiecal to full
    functionality until next power on.

  • Continues self test with faulty Switch detection, card can be configured to perform FULL STOP or faulty
    switch and continue mission at detection of faulty switch.

  • Full Diagnostic Information (BIT) and Real-time status indication Via CAN BUS Interface (J1939 Optional) / RS232 /SPI / I2C (optional).

  • Very low-latency control response, 30 ms absolute worst case.

  • Long -latency release response (> 2 Sec) minimum.

  • Designed to meet ISO 13849 PLD Cat 3 with active emergency stop and dual processing paths.
